Dr. Bláithín Lally is a Clinical Psychologist with a background in Integrative practice. She completed her BA at University College Dublin. She then attended Trinity College where she completed her MSc in Applied Psychology and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Since completing her undergraduate degree, Bláithín has worked across Primary Care, Community Mental Health, and hospital settings. She has worked with children, adults, couples, and families in both individual and group settings. Bláithín believes in using various ways of working with creativity, play, and different models of behavioural and talking therapies to best meet the needs of the individual or family. She draws on models such as Compassion Focssed Therapy, Schema Work, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-based approaches, and Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing to aid clients in learning how to support themselves and move toward their goals.
