Providing therapeutic assessment is an essential part of Jade’s practice; she focuses on meaningful, collaborative understanding of neurodivergence, involving clients and families in the process to ensure the experience feels respectful, validating, and supportive. Jade uses evidence-based therapies, including Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centred approaches, always tailoring her work to each person’s needs. Jade values creating a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time at the gym.
