Mindfulness Group for Adults
This group is for those 18 years and over.
The group is to be ran over 6 weeks and would be suitable for those who want to engage in self-care or who are experiencing stress, anxiety, difficulty sleeping and general changes in mood.
This group covers the main elements of mindfulness while also incorporating elements of cognitive behavioural therapy.
