Kathryn Horgan

Kathryn Horgan has over 19 years clinical experience since graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy from the University of Exeter.

She has been working as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist since 2002 in the HSE. Kathryn has worked as a member of a multidisciplinary team in Early Intervention and Primary Care in Dublin West and North. During this time she continued her studies in the area of Sensory Integration/ sensory processing contributed to research with children with Sensory Attachment difficulties as well as completing a Diploma in Montessori teaching. She works with children with a range of difficulties and disorders, from Sensory Processing to Developmental and Movement Co-ordination – from 0 to 18years.  Kathryn has the experience and specialist expertise to help children with movement and coordination difficulties reach their potential. Her specialist interest is in sensory processing and helping young children learn to self-regulate.

Kathryn is a member of the Association of Occupational Therapists Ireland (AOTI) and the Paediatric Advisory Group (PAG).
